TSB infused me a bottle of blueberry-vanilla birthday bourbon and it makes a mean Manhattan.
2 ounces blueberry vanilla bourbon (recipe below)
1 ounce Carpana Antica vermouth
3 dashes angostura bitters
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with 3 dried bing cherries rehydrated in port.
Blueberry Vanilla Bourbon
1 750ml bottle Bulleit bourbon
2 punnets of blueberries
3 vanilla beans, split
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar for one month, agitating occasionally, and then strain back into the bottle. TSB warns that if you are tasting along the way, it will go through a Robitussin phase, but stay strong, your bourbon will grow out of it.
